Job description
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the implementation and improvement of requirements management practices across engineering projects.
* Establish and maintain requirement traceability from concept through verification and validation.
* Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory, and related DevOps tooling.
* Drive Agile and DevOps adoption across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
* Configure and manage development infrastructure, user authentication systems, and deployment environments.
* Design dashboards and reporting solutions to monitor engineering performance and project metrics.
* Support cloud-based infrastructure deployments and containerized environments.
* Maintain legacy development tools and facilitate migration to modern platforms.
* Contribute to cybersecurity compliance and secure development practices.
Qualifications
* BEng Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
* Honours or Master's degree advantageous.
Experience & Technical Skills
* 8-10+ years in software, systems, or product development environments.
* Strong experience in Requirements Management and DevOps.
* Experience with safety-critical or regulated industries highly advantageous.
* DOORS (Classic & Next Generation)
* Jira, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory
* SQL/MySQL
* Python, Bash, PowerShell
* Docker, Kubernetes, Podman
* CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks
* RTCA DO-178, DO-254, ARP4754A knowledge preferred
