Tourism/Hospitality - Food & Beverage South Africa FULL TIME Job Summary The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting, evaluating, and onboarding high-quality franchisees who align with the organisation’s growth objectives and contribute to the continued expansion of its brand. Key Responsibilities: * Build and manage a pipeline of prospective franchisees through sourcing, referrals, marketing campaigns and franchise networks * Identify and engage with potential franchise partners aligned with the organisation’s brand and growth strategy * Assess and qualify applicants based on financial capacity, business experience, leadership capability and operational suitability * Present the franchise opportunity and guide approved candidates through the application, approval and agreement process * Collaborate with Real Estate, Development, Legal, Finance, Training and Operations to ensure a smooth onboarding process * Identify expansion opportunities with existing high-performing franchisees * Maintain accurate reporting and governance across the franchise pipeline Minimum Requirements: * Relevant qualification in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, Property, Entrepreneurship or a related field * Minimum 8 years’ experience in franchising, franchise development, business development or multi-site retail growth * Proven experience recruiting, assessing and onboarding franchisees * Experience within the QSR, Fast Food, Retail or franchise environment will be advantageous * Strong understanding of franchise business models, franchise agreements and commercial investment principles * Excellent commercial, negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills Correspondence will only be conducted with short listed candidates.
