Finance/Accounting - Finance/Accounting Management Western Cape FULL TIME Job Summary Channel Specialist: On Trade Mid Career (Above 6 yrs exp) | Constantia, Western Cape | Permanent Duties and Responsibilities: * Develop and execute the on-premise channel strategy aligned with brand and commercial priorities * Lead channel segmentation to define outlet types, prioritize accounts, and tailor portfolio and activation tactics * Build and implement annual on-premise marketing plans, in collaboration with brand and commercial teams * Develop and manage toolkits, POSM, and menu strategies for priority venues and occasions * Drive shopper and customer insight generation to inform channel strategy and optimize campaign effectiveness * Track competitor activity, outlet performance, and market trends to refine channel tactics * Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to deliver best-in-class execution * Support Joint Business Planning and tailor-made activation programs with strategic on-premise customers * Manage the on-premise marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and strong ROI * Define and report on KPIs and performance metrics to measure channel marketi Key Competencies: * Strong knowledge of the South African on-trade landscape and customer dynamics * Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive commercial impact * Passion for hospitality, culture, nightlife, and premium brands * A self-starter with a bias for action and creative problem-solving * A collaborative spirit who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Qualifications: * Under Graduate Degrees Skills: Must have worked in the Liquor industry O'Brien Recruitment Recruiter
