You will also champion finance transformation initiatives, drive operational excellence, and lead a high-performing Finance Excellence Team. This opportunity is ideally suited to an accomplished finance leader who is passionate about influencing business strategy, leading change, and making a measurable impact across the organisation. *In line with the company's relocation policy, relocation support will be provided should the successful candidate need to relocate from another province within South Africa.* Key Focus Areas: * Lead the Finance Excellence Team (FET) and drive a high-performance culture. * Partner with senior business leaders to influence strategic and commercial decision-making. * Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes. * Deliver insightful financial analysis and performance reporting to executive leadership. * Drive business performance through robust financial planning, analytics, and business partnering. * Identify opportunities to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and resource allocation. * Champion finance transformation initiatives, process optimisation, automation, and digital innovation. * Ensure effective financial governance, compliance, and risk management across the business. * Lead and develop a high-performing finance team while fostering continuous improvement. Job Experience and Skills Required: * CA(SA) or CIMA. * Approximately 12–15 years of progressive finance leadership experience within a multinational environment. * Strong strategic and enterprise-level experience within the FMCG industry is essential. * Demonstrated experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), commercial finance, or business performance management. * Proven leadership experience managing finance teams and developing talent. * Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence executive stakeholders. * Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes. * Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.…
