Key Responsibilities * Administer, maintain, and optimize the SYSPRO ERP environment. * Review existing system configurations and recommend improvements. * Configure and manage complex Bill of Materials (BOM) structures. * Support and enhance Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes. * Design, implement, and improve workflow structures within SYSPRO. * Manage and support commission structures and related system requirements. * Utilise SQL to extract, analyse, troubleshoot, and improve system data and performance. * Identify opportunities to improve system utilisation, reporting, and operational efficiency. * Work closely with production, operations, procurement, and finance stakeholders. * Provide expert advice on SYSPRO best practice and implementation standards. * Deliver ad hoc consulting and project-based support as required.
