Position: Executive Assistant Location: Remote (South Africa or LatAm) Work Schedule: 8am-5pm PST for the first 30 days Salary: $1800-$2500 (depending on experience) Position Overview The Role Client is seeking a highly proactive and solutions-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to support daily business operations. This is not a traditional task-based role - this position requires a strategic partner who can identify inefficiencies, implement improvements, and leverage AI to build scalable systems. Key Responsibilities * Manage and optimize day-to-day business operations for the executive * Identify inefficiencies in workflows and proactively implement solutions * Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive and manual processes * Transition existing workflows into scalable, system-driven solutions * Coordinate internal operations and support employee-facing communication * Maintain organization across projects, tasks, and priorities * Anticipate needs and act independently with minimal direction Required Qualifications * Experience: + 3–5 years as an Executive Assistant or similar role + Proven experience in the financial services industry (required) * Technical Skills: + Demonstrated AI proficiency, with experience using tools to automate workflows and improve efficiency + Strong systems-thinking mindset (ability to build processes, not just follow them) * Communication: + Excellent written and spoken English + Clear communication with a neutral or low-level accent preferred + Comfortable working in an internal-facing role (no client interaction) * Work Style: + Highly proactive and self-directed + Strong problem-solving mindset + Detail-oriented and organized + Able to operate as a strategic partner rather than a task executor
