Core Responsibilities: * Rapid candidate sourcing- build and maintain active talent pools of Operational, Operational Supervision, Artisan, Technical, Administrative, Secretarial and library staff using databases, job boards, Community outreach to fill sudden vacancies and/or seasonal spikes. * Screening and Evaluation-Conduct high -volume verifications in partnership with approved verification service providers, pre-assessments, in-person interviews and competency testing and scoring. * Client Needs Analysis- Meet client pre-determined requirements * Deployment and Logistics- Ensure assignees receive precise assignment details by working in tandem with the in-house Area Site Reps. * Talent Pipeline Management- Maintain and organise databases of available candidates who can be rapidly deployed. * Compliance and Administration- Ensure that recruitment practices adhere to Labour Legislation.
