IT/Computer - Development Centurion FULL TIME Job Summary Key Responsibilities * Provide technical leadership in the delivery of products and solutions across teams. * Lead, mentor, and support developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. * Align development initiatives with strategic business goals and delivery plans. * Deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to agreed quality standards. * Contribute to solution architecture and technical design while collaborating with architects, leads, and stakeholders. * Ensure software development best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes are consistently followed. * Maintain and enhance existing systems while minimizing defects and technical debt. * Support the adoption of new technologies and continuous system improvements. * Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities. * Document applications, enhancements, and technical processes to support knowledge sharing. * Promote effective use of development tools and engineering methodologies. * Drive adherence to Agile development processes and continuous delivery practices. Skills & Experience Essential Requirements * Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field. * 4 to 6 years of relevant software development experience. * Strong experience with C# development. * Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments. * Solid understanding of software design principles and modern development practices. * Strong SQL Server experience, including: + Relational database design + Complex SQL query development + Database optimization and performance tuning * Experience with source code management and version control systems. * Knowledge of SOLID principles, KISS methodology, TDD, DDD, and Clean Coding practices. * Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. * Excellent planning, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Advantageous Experience * .NET Core, Web API, and WCF development. * Azure DevOps, Git, or Team Foundation Server (TFS). * SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). * Message queuing technologies such as RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, or Kafka. * Multi-threaded and parallel application development. * Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). * Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification. * CI/CD and DevOps practices.
