Engineering - Engineering Management Brits FULL TIME Job Summary Key Responsibilities * Oversee and manage all underground production activities * Ensure production targets are achieved safely and efficiently * Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards * Lead and supervise underground teams including Shift Bosses and Supervisors * Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives * Ensure compliance with mining regulations and company policies * Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and planning teams * Manage production budgets and control costs * Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments * Report on production performance to senior management Key Competencies * Strong leadership and decision-making ability * Excellent problem-solving skills * High attention to safety and compliance * Effective communication skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet targets * Strong planning and organisational skills Duties Include * Ensuring safe working conditions * Maintaining work standards and production efficiency * Planning jobs and coordinating material requirements Additional Advantage * Experience in trackless mining environments * Exposure to large-scale underground operations Duties, Responsibilities & Reasons for Leaving at each Company MUST be listed on CV.
