What You'll Be Doing: * Create weekly production plans and manage active factory staff schedules accurately. * Forecast essential material needs to proactively prevent workshop stock shortages daily. * Oversee the safe industrial mixing of polyurethane and epoxy resins continuously. * Monitor output quality strictly for every manufactured electrical cable joint kit. * Solve technical factory floor issues immediately using a hands-on management approach. Experience & Qualifications: * You must possess a completed Diploma in Production Management or technical equivalent. * You strictly need a valid Health and Safety certification for compliance. * You must show proven daily experience managing a busy industrial manufacturing workshop. * You need a strong proven ability to apply South African Labour Law confidently. * You must confidently manage daily machine repairs and formal preventative maintenance schedules.
