Finance/Accounting - Banking Western Cape FULL TIME Job Summary Key Responsibilities * Manage and maintain a portfolio of client accounts. * Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and support. * Respond promptly and professionally to client queries and system-related issues. * Administer client ledgers, ensuring client information, facility limits, and records are accurate and up to date. * Prepare and submit facility increase requests, credit applications, and other client submissions to the Credit Department. * Liaise with Credit Controllers to resolve queries relating to debtor books and funding facilities. * Monitor client performance and ensure accounts remain compliant with company policies and procedures. * Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to client accounts. * Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery. * Prioritise workload effectively while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Minimum Requirements * Grade 12 (Matric). * A relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Management or a related field will be advantageous. * 1–3 years' experience in a banking, financial services, lending, factoring or similar financial environment. * Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret financial information. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite. * Excellent organisational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proven ability to build and maintain professional client relationships. * Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure.
