IT/Computer - Electronics Centurion FULL TIME Job Summary An exciting opportunity is available for a Junior Electronic Engineer to join a technically driven engineering team. This role is ideal for a motivated graduate or early-career engineer looking to develop practical experience in electronics design, testing, troubleshooting and product development. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced engineers and gain exposure to the full engineering lifecycle, from concept and design through to testing, commissioning and technical support. Key Responsibilities * Assist with the design and development of electronic hardware and systems. * Support senior engineers with circuit design, calculations and technical documentation. * Assist with PCB design, schematic capture and component selection. * Conduct electronic testing, fault-finding and troubleshooting. * Assist with prototype assembly, testing and validation. * Perform measurements using oscilloscopes, multimeters and other electronic test equipment. * Analyse test results and assist with technical reports. * Support product verification and validation activities. * Assist with modifications and improvements to existing electronic systems. * Investigate technical problems and contribute to root-cause analysis. * Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, drawings and specifications. * Liaise with production, technicians, suppliers and other engineering disciplines. * Assist with installation, commissioning and technical support when required. * Ensure engineering work complies with relevant standards and specifications. Minimum Requirements * BEng / BSc in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering. * 0–3 years' relevant experience. * Strong academic foundation in analogue and digital electronics. * Understanding of electronic circuit design principles. * Basic knowledge of microcontrollers and embedded systems. * Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics. * Good mathematical and analytical skills. * Strong computer literacy. * Good written and verbal communication skills. * South African citizenship or valid right to work in South Africa.
