Finance/Accounting - Finance/Accounting Management Johannesburg North FULL TIME R660 000,00 - R780 000,00 (PER YEAR) Approx Monthly Salary: R55 000,00 - R65 000,00 Job Summary Key Responsibilities: * Manage and maintain theGeneral Ledger (GL) and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions. * Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations. * Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts. * Ensure the accuracy, completeness and integrity of financial records. * Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting processes. * Prepare financial reports and provide meaningful insights to management. * Analyse financial data and identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement. * Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning where required. * Support the financial management of a business operating across Sub-Saharan African markets. Job Experience & Skills Required: * BCom Accounting or equivalent qualification. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in a financial accounting role. * Experience working within a commercial, manufacturing, engineering, machinery, equipment or related environment will be advantageous. * Experience with ERP systems and accounting software. * Exposure to foreign currency transactions / forex will be advantageous. * Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls. * Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and manage competing priorities. * Previous experience supervising or mentoring junior finance staff. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
