Human Capital Business Partner
Tourism/Hospitality - Tourism/Hospitality Management Johannesburg North FULL TIME Job Summary What You’ll Be Doing: In this role, you’ll partner with line management to proactively identify and implement Human Capital initiatives across the full HC lifecycle, while supporting the delivery of aligned and integrated HC policies and practices. Your responsibilities will include: * Partnering with line management on HC strategy, initiatives and service delivery * Implementing and monitoring HC policies and procedures * Supporting employee relations, discipline and performance management * Supporting talent acquisition, selection and onboarding * Facilitating Talent Management, Learning & Development and Performance Enablement * Supporting transformation and employment equity initiatives * Partnering with HC specialists on Group projects and change initiatives * Driving stakeholder engagement and wellness initiatives * Ensuring accurate HC reporting and effective administration What You’ll Need * A Bachelor’s degree in Humanities, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Behaviour or a related field * Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience * Strong knowledge of South African employee and labour relations legislation, including EE, SD, LRA and BCEA * Experience in talent and recruitment management * Strong understanding of performance management * Change management and basic project management experience * Excellent influencing and facilitation skills * Strong MS Office proficiency ⭐ SAP ECC6 experience is advantageous The Ideal Person We’re looking for someone who is: * Results-driven * A strong communicator and influencer * Comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders and line managers * Able to handle confidential and sensitive matters with integrity * Solutions-focused with strong problem-solving abilities * Able to thrive in high-pressure environments * Detail-oriented and deadline-driven * A true team player If you’re ready to take your Human Capital career to the next level and make a meaningful impact at Head Office, we’d love to hear from you!
