Finance/Accounting - Finance/Accounting Management Western Cape FULL TIME Job Summary Finance Process Analyst (PTP / OTC / RTR) — Finance Transformation Cape Town | Hybrid | Permanent  Know creditors, debtors and month-end inside out? This is your move out of processing. A global creative and media group is building out its Finance Transformation function from its Cape Town hub, and is looking for someone with real finance operations experience to help redesign how finance works across the group. This is a finance role, not a business analyst role. You will spend your time looking at how finance actually runs — where the bottlenecks are, where controls are thin, why reconciliations keep breaking — and helping fix it. The process documentation and transformation methodology will be taught to you on the job. What you'll be doing * Analysing current finance processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities * Mapping end-to-end processes and maintaining SOPs and process documentation * Investigating reconciliation issues through to root cause * Gathering and analysing data to support process decisions, and helping build reporting packs and KPI dashboards * Running workshops, testing and feedback sessions with finance teams across the group * Identifying automation and simplification opportunities, and supporting adoption of new systems and ways of working What you need Hands-on experience in one or more of the following — depth across two or three is ideal: * Procure-to-Pay: purchasing, creditors / accounts payable, supplier management, invoice processing, payment runs, supplier reconciliations * Order-to-Cash: billing, debtors / accounts receivable, cash allocation, collections, credit control, customer reconciliations * Record-to-Report: balance sheet reconciliations, month-end close, journals, intercompany, financial controls You should be able to explain a finance process end-to-end without being walked through it, spot where the risks and controls sit, work a reconciliation back to its root cause, challenge how things are currently done, and hold your own with finance supervisors and subject matter experts.
