IT/Computer - Electronics Western Cape FULL TIME Job Summary Our client, a well-established engineering and technology company, is seeking an Electrical Support Technician to join their dynamic team in Paarl. This role offers the opportunity to work with innovative energy, power backup, renewable energy, and IoT systems while providing technical support to clients and contractors. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with electrical fault finding, commissioning support, system documentation, site support, and stakeholder communication. This position offers exposure to diverse technical projects and the opportunity to travel within South Africa and Southern Africa.  Education: * N3 to N6 qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent relevant qualification. * Additional tertiary electrical coursework will be advantageous. Job Experience & Skills Required: * Minimum 2 years' experience within the energy, electrical, renewable energy, or related technical environment. * Strong electrical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills. * Exposure to commissioning and support of electrical systems. * Basic understanding of IT systems, networking, and electronics would be advantageous. * Knowledge of local electrical regulations and safety standards. * Experience working with Microsoft Office and electrical design or single-line diagram software. * Strong problem-solving, communication, and administrative skills. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team environment. * Willingness to travel for on-site support and commissioning activities.
