The programme runs over a: 3-year fixed-term employment contract Apprenticeship Programme Overview Organisation: Volvo Group Southern Africa Programme: Apprentice Programme – Diesel Technician Qualification: Occupational Certificate: Diesel Mechanic NQF Level: 4 Duration: 3 years Employment Type: Fixed-term contract Stipend: Monthly stipend Closing Date: 21 August 2026 Application Method: Email Minimum Entry Requirements Applicants must: * Have completed Grade 12. * Have English First Language or English First Additional Language. * Have Mathematics. * Have Science. * Have passed all required subjects with at least 50%. * Be between 18 and 30 years old. * Be South African citizens. * Have a valid South African ID. * Be physically fit. * Be willing to undergo an entry medical examination. Driver’s Licence A valid: EC driver’s licence will be advantageous. Applicants may have the EC licence with or without a Professional Driving Permit (PDP). The driver’s licence is listed as an advantage, not as a compulsory requirement.
