Applicants who have already completed an 18-month internship should not apply. Management Assistant Duties The successful trainee will assist with: * General administration. * Office duties. * Receiving telephone calls. * Customer service. * Processing memoranda, letters and emails. * Internet-related administrative work. * Taking and processing minutes. * Filing documents and records. * Collecting and distributing post and faxes. * Data capturing. * Student registration. * ITS capturing.
