Sales/Marketing - Marketing Gauteng FULL TIME R540 000,00 - R600 000,00 (PER YEAR) Approx Monthly Salary: R45 000,00 - R50 000,00 Job Summary In order to be considered the following is required: * Bachelors or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field preferred * Minimum 8 to 10 years’ experience in marketing, preferably within B2B, healthcare, occupational health, corporate wellness, medical services, or regulated industries * Strong commercial marketing experience with lead generation, funnel optimisation, conversion, and marketing Return on Investment (ROI) * Experience across digital, brand, Customer Relations Management (CRM), Public Relations (PR), stakeholder engagement and campaign management * Strong communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills * Commercially minded, strategic and highly execution-focused Responsibilities: * Improve brand visibility and healthcare market positioning * Increase quality B2B lead generation and stronger pipeline contribution * Improve campaign performance across digital and CRM channels * Generate stronger client engagement and retention support * Ensure effective stakeholder collaboration and disciplined marketing execution * Drive and strengthen Workforce Healthcare's market visibility and brand presence across targeted sectors * Develop and execute strategies to improve brand credibility and market reputation * Generate high-quality B2B leads and contribute to the growth of the sales pipeline * Enhance the positioning of healthcare solutions and services within target markets * Foster effective collaboration between marketing, sales and operations teams to support business objectives * Ensure the delivery of consistent, commercially focused and professional marketing initiatives and campaigns * Support business growth through data-driven marketing strategies and stakeholder engagement * Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for brand and business development Be Different Recruiter
