Clearing and Forwarding - Clearing and Forwarding Sales Port Elizabeth FULL TIME Job Summary Requirements: * Grade 12 / Matric. * Valid driver's license and reliable transport. * Strong leadership, disciplined execution, and proactive relationship management skills. * Ability to drive divisional sales growth and achievement of sales targets. * Ability to lead, motivate, train, and develop Customer Relations Officers (CROs). * Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. * Ability to maintain excellent communication with members, suppliers, and internal departments. * Ability to foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and open communication. * Strong administration, reporting, and operational documentation skills. * Ability to ensure compliance with ordering, subsidy, claims, escalation, and cancellation procedures. * Ability to monitor system maintenance, order status management, and timely billing. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to maintain accurate documentation and ensure signed approvals are uploaded to Portal. * Ability to promote face-to-face and telephone engagement rather than relying solely on email. * Ability to create a high-energy, sales-driven culture. * Commitment to service excellence standards at all times.
