This role is responsible for sourcing high-quality raw materials, fragrances, packaging, and chemicals while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute sourcing strategies for cosmetic ingredients, packaging, and contract manufacturing * Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers in line with quality and regulatory standards * Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply agreements to optimize cost and value * Ensure compliance with cosmetic regulations and quality standards (e.g., ISO, GMP) * Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams on product development and material selection * Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and risk management * Track market trends in raw materials (e.g., oils, actives, fragrances) * Maintain accurate procurement records and inventory coordination
