Premium Ad IT/Computer - Other IT/Computer Johannesburg FULL TIME Job Summary A vehicle tracking and Rocovery Solutions client is looking for a  a National Installations Technical Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of all installation-related projects nationally based in Johannesburg, GP. This role acts as the central link between customer requirements and internal execution, coordinating stakeholders across Sales, Technical, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure scalable, efficient, and predictable rollout capabilities. Key Responsibilities System Enablement & Process Optimisation * Seamlessly integrate all projects into existing installation workflows and operational processes. * Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to installation processes, tools, and systems. * Align project execution with FSM, PSO, FSM Mobile, and other critical business systems. * Drive national standardisation of rollout methodologies, documentation, and system usage. * Lead the optimisation and enhancement of FSM-related platforms. * Manage system integrations to ensure alignment with operational workflows. * Administer system access, permissions, and security controls according to governance standards. * Lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities. * Monitor system performance and implement strategies to ensure stability and efficiency. * Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all operational platforms and reporting tools. * Support digital transformation initiatives, including workflow automation and process improvements. Installations Project Management * Lead the full project lifecycle for all installation-related initiatives. * Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and success criteria. * Develop and track detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation. * Monitor project delivery against milestones, budgets, and operational capacity. * Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks with appropriate escalation and governance. * Drive structured project governance, including reporting and PMO compliance. * Ensure smooth handover of completed solutions into business-as-usual operations. * Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to align sales, customer, and technical teams. * Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews. * Partner with Learning & Development on training materials and deployment readiness.…
