Job description
A full commercial bank open to people of all religious denominations, providing ethical, interest-free financial services is seeking a Project Assistant who will Provide end-to-end administrative, logistical, and operational support to the Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager, ensuring efficient execution across all designated projects.
Responsibilities:
* Documentation: Draft memos, correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting packs.
* Meeting Support: Organize internal/external meetings, focus groups, and interviews; act as recording secretary to distribute minutes and action logs.
* Logistics: Manage logistical requirements for all division-initiated projects.
* Training & Materials: Assist in organizing and developing project-related training content.
* Tracking: Actively contribute to deliverables using tracking tools to monitor project progression.
* Contracts & Compliance: Monitor contract/agreement statuses and report discrepancies to management.
* Information Flow: Follow up with stakeholders to ensure project data is collected within set timelines.
* Research Execution: Participate in tool development, data collection, and initial analysis.
* Policy Support: Assist in drafting and updating project-related policies and procedures.
* Testing Execution: Conduct UAT on functional requirements for business processes and systems.
* Documentation: Define and prepare UAT test scenarios, cases, and scripts.
Minimum Requirements:
* Education: Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or an equivalent field.
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years in project support and administrative roles.
