In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing key client relationships, and expanding market presence within the decorative and industrial coatings sectors. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and secure new business opportunities across retail, commercial, and industrial markets. * Manage, maintain, and grow relationships with existing trade partners, contractors, and stockists. * Provide technical advice and product recommendations based on specific client application requirements. * Conduct regular market research, competitor analyses, and industry benchmarking. * Meet and exceed defined monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and client account updates. Requirements: * Proven track record in sales, specifically within the paints, coatings, or chemical manufacturing industry. * Strong technical knowledge of decorative, industrial, or protective coatings. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. * Self-motivated and target-driven with strong time-management capabilities. * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territories.
