Management - General Management Johannesburg North FULL TIME Job Summary Key Responsibilities * Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs on solar PV systems. * Monitor plant performance using SCADA and other monitoring tools. * Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to minimize downtime. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, performance data, and spare parts inventory. * Support plant upgrades, modifications, and performance improvement initiatives. * Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. ### Skills & Attributes + Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, transformers, and switchgear. + Ability to diagnose faults and implement effective solutions. + Familiarity with electrical safety standards and OHS requirements. + Good communication and teamwork skills. + Results-driven with attention to detail. ### Qualifications & Experience + National Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification. + Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in solar PV operations and maintenance. + Experience with SCADA systems and performance monitoring tools. + Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to sites.
