Engineering - Mechanical Engineering Western Cape FULL TIME Job Summary ? Key Responsibilities * Design and specification of fire protection systems (sprinklers, hydrants, suppression systems). * Design and specification of wet services (water supply, drainage, sewerage, hot & cold water systems). * Prepare technical reports, drawings, and tender documentation. * Manage project delivery from concept through construction and commissioning. * Liaise with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams. * Ensure compliance with SANS codes, NFPA standards, and local authority requirements. * Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and technicians. ? Requirements * PrEng registration with ECSA (essential). * Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in building services consulting. * Strong knowledge of fire protection and wet services design. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and hydraulic calculation software. * Excellent communication and client-facing skills. * Proven track record in delivering projects within budget and timelines. ?
