IT/Computer - Other IT/Computer Johannesburg North FULL TIME Job Summary We are partnering with a leading commercial insurer seeking a Pricing Manager to lead a high-performing actuarial pricing team responsible for developing pricing strategies, driving portfolio performance, and delivering data-driven insights that shape business decisions.   What You'll Be Doing: * Lead and mentor a team of actuarial pricing specialists. * Manage pricing model development, certification, and monitoring across multiple insurance portfolios. * Analyse pricing performance and provide strategic recommendations to underwriting and product teams. * Collaborate with stakeholders across underwriting, product, finance, capital, reinsurance, claims, IT, and portfolio management. * Drive continuous improvement of pricing models, reporting, and governance. * Ensure pricing projects are delivered on time while maintaining best-practice modelling standards. * Support the growth and development of your team through coaching and leadership. What We're Looking For: * Degree in Actuarial Science. * Significant progress towards actuarial qualification. * Minimum 4 years' General Insurance Pricing experience. * Strong experience with GLMs, pricing models, segmentation, portfolio optimisation, and pricing analytics. * Proficiency in SAS, SQL, VBA, and pricing software such as Earnix, WTW, or Quantee. * Previous experience managing projects, stakeholders, or teams will be highly advantageous.
