Key Responsibilities: * Analyse and monitor production and operational costs across mining operations. * Prepare detailed cost reports, variance analyses, and profitability assessments. * Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. * Monitor and report on cost-saving initiatives and operational efficiencies. * Conduct inventory and stock analyses where applicable. * Support month-end and year-end reporting processes. Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: * BCom Accounting * BCom Honours in Accounting Experience: * 3-4 years' experience in a Cost Accountant or Management Accountant role. * Previous experience within mining, heavy industry, engineering, or manufacturing environments is highly advantageous. * Proven experience in costing, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
