Finance/Accounting - Finance/Accounting Management Johannesburg North FULL TIME R500 000,00 - R600 000,00 (PER YEAR) Approx Monthly Salary: R41 666,00 - R50 000,00 Job Summary As a Senior Accountant, you will join a high-performing finance team and play a pivotal role in managing the full finance function, ensuring financial integrity, driving compliance, and supporting strategic business objectives. This position offers exposure to a complex manufacturing environment where accuracy, efficiency, and commercial insight are highly valued. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage the full accounting function. * Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements. * Perform and review balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations. * Manage month-end and year-end reporting processes. * Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and internal controls. * Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. * Support internal and external audit processes. * Analyse financial results and provide recommendations to management. * Monitor and improve financial controls and accounting processes. * Mentor and guide junior finance team members. Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: * BCom Accounting Degree * Completed SAICA or SAIPA Articles Experience: * 4-6 years' experience in an Accountant or Senior Accountant role. * Previous manufacturing industry experience is highly advantageous. * Proven experience managing the full finance function. * Strong background in financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, and compliance.
