Education Labour Relations Council (ELRC) Internships 2026 The Education Labour Relations Council invites suitably qualified unemployed South African graduates to apply for the 24-month ELRC Internship Programme 2026/2027. The programme will run for 24 months and is intended to provide graduates with practical workplace experience related to their qualifications. Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend determined according to the ETDP SETA funding guidelines and ELRC policy.
