Human Capital Information Analyst
Engineering - Plant/Maintenance Engineering Johannesburg North FULL TIME Job Summary Our client is a leading multinational organisation seeking a Human Capital Information Analyst to join their Human Capital function. You'll play a key role in transforming HR data into actionable insights, ensuring data integrity across multiple regions, and supporting strategic initiatives through advanced reporting, business intelligence, and people analytics. Working closely with Human Capital, Payroll, IT, and senior business leaders, you'll help shape workforce strategies, improve reporting capabilities, and drive continuous improvement across HR systems and processes within a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of Human Capital data across multiple business units and regions. * Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and quality of HR data and reporting. * Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualisations. * Deliver meaningful workforce insights and recommendations to senior leadership. * Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to support strategic people initiatives. * Drive compliance with HR reporting standards and legislative requirements. * Enhance HR reporting frameworks, systems, and data governance processes. * Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to optimise reporting and analytics capabilities. * Manage data extraction, validation, and reporting from HR information systems. * Recommend and implement improvements to Human Capital technologies and reporting tools. Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: * Degree or Diploma (NQF 7) in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. * Payroll or HR systems certification will be advantageous. Experience: * Minimum of 5 years' experience within HR, Payroll, HR Information Systems, HR Analytics, or a similar environment. * Strong experience in HR reporting, people analytics, and dashboard development. * Exposure to international or multi-jurisdictional reporting environments is advantageous. * Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, commercially valuable business insights.
