Finance/Accounting - Finance/Accounting Management Johannesburg North FULL TIME Job Summary Minimum Requirements: * BCom Accounting degree or National Diploma in Accounting/Finance * 3–5 years' relevant accounting experience * Experience within the Hospitality industry is highly advantageous (Property industry experience will also be considered) * Strong understanding of: + VAT and Tax compliance + Journal processing + Bank reconciliations + Financial reporting + Audit preparation and support + IFRS standards * Strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail * Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and process financial journals and month-end activities * Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records * Manage VAT and tax-related reconciliations and submissions * Support internal and external audit processes * Ensure compliance with IFRS and company financial policies * Assist with procurement accounting and financial reporting * Analyse financial data and identify discrepancies * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve financial processes and controls Network Finance Recruiter
