Finance/Accounting - Finance/Accounting Management Johannesburg North FULL TIME R500 000,00 - R600 000,00 (PER MONTH) Job Summary Key Responsibilities * Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports. * Perform month-end and year-end close processes. * Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variances. * Manage the general ledger and ensure accurate financial records. * Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. * Prepare VAT, tax, and other statutory submissions. * Support annual audits and liaise with external auditors. * Monitor financial controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. * Analyse financial performance and provide insights to management. * Assist with process improvements and finance-related projects. Minimum Requirements * BCom Accounting or related finance qualification. * Completed SAICA/SAIPA articles (highly advantageous). * Approximately 5 years post-article accounting experience. * Experience within the telecommunications, technology, ICT, or related industry will be advantageous. * Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end processes. * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. * Experience working on ERP/accounting systems. * Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
