Key Responsibilities: * Partner with operational teams to drive financial and operational performance. * Analyse operational costs and identify areas for improvement and efficiency. * Conduct site visits and travel to various operational locations as required. * Prepare budgets, forecasts, and operational financial reports. * Investigate financial variances and provide actionable recommendations. * Monitor and improve financial controls across operations. * Support month-end and year-end processes. * Assist with business planning and strategic decision-making. Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: * BCom Accounting Degree qualification. * Completed SAICA or SAIPA Articles is non-negotiable. Experience: * 2-3 years' post-articles experience. * Experience in an operational finance or commercial finance environment will be advantageous. * Proven ability to work closely with operational stakeholders. * Experience analysing business performance and driving process improvements.
