Successful learners will work towards the National Certificate in Fast Food Services at NQF Level 3 and receive a monthly stipend of R3 500, subject to attendance and participation in all scheduled programme activities. The programme is expected to begin on 01 September 2026. Learners will combine structured classroom learning with workplace exposure and gain experience in areas such as: * Food preparation. * Customer service. * Workplace hygiene. * Food safety. * Cash handling. * Stock handling. * Teamwork. * Communication. * Point-of-sale systems. * Health and safety. * Workplace professionalism. Qualification Offered Successful participants will work towards the: National Certificate: Fast Food Services – NQF Level 3 The qualification is linked to CATHSSETA, the Culture, Arts, Tourism, Hospitality and Sport Sector Education and Training Authority. The programme provides learners with an opportunity to gain an accredited qualification that may support future employment in restaurants, take-away outlets, catering companies and other hospitality businesses.
