Finance/Accounting - Finance/Accounting Management Western Cape FULL TIME R500 000,00 - R600 000,00 (PER MONTH) Job Summary Key Responsibilities * Assist with project cost tracking and monitoring against approved budgets * Support weekly and monthly cost reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis * Assist in preparing project cash flow forecasts and financial reports * Review project expenses and ensure accurate cost allocation * Support tender and budgeting processes by compiling financial information * Maintain project financial records and reporting databases * Assist with revenue tracking, cost updates, and project profitability analysis * Collaborate with project teams to gather financial and operational information * Support the implementation and maintenance of internal controls and processes * Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requirements Requirements ✅ BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, Cost & Management Accounting, or related field ✅ 1–3 years' experience in finance, project accounting, cost control, audit, or a similar environment ✅ Strong Excel and MS Office skills ✅ Sound understanding of accounting principles ✅ Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability ✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills ✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Advantageous * Experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure, or renewable energy environments * Exposure to project accounting, budgeting, or forecasting * Knowledge of IFRS reporting principles What We're Looking For * A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude * Strong numerical and problem-solving skills * High level of accuracy and attention to detail * Team player with excellent organisational skills * Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks ?
