Key Responsibilities: * Partner with Finance, IT, and external implementation teams on finance systems projects. * Translate business requirements into functional system specifications. * Review solution designs, integrations, and data flows to ensure business needs are met. * Support testing, implementation, change management, and continuous improvement. * Identify risks and drive successful project delivery. Skills & Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. * 3+ years experience in ERP, Finance Systems, or Finance Transformation projects. * Experience working with Finance, IT, and implementation partners. * Knowledge of ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Sage, or Microsoft Dynamics. * Understanding of finance processes, systems integrations, and data flows. * Exposure to SQL, Procurement, or Consolidation platforms would be advantageous.
