AI Analytics Internal Auditor
Administration/PA/Secretary - Datacapturing Johannesburg North FULL TIME Job Summary Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and support AI models that enhance audit processes, risk assessment, and business decision-making. * Identify business risks and develop analytics solutions to address control weaknesses and operational inefficiencies. * Execute data analytics projects and audit engagements using advanced analytical techniques. * Develop and maintain dashboards, visualisations, and reports that provide actionable business insights. * Design, build, and optimise ETL processes and data models to support audit activities. * Collaborate with audit teams and stakeholders to integrate analytics into audit methodologies. * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. * Monitor and enhance the performance of analytics and AI solutions across the business. * Document methodologies, processes, and analytical frameworks in line with governance requirements. * Stay current with emerging AI, analytics, and business intelligence technologies to drive innovation. Job Experience and Skills Required Education: * Matric (Grade 12). * Degree in Commerce, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Informatics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a related field. Experience: * Minimum 6 years of professional experience. * At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst. * Minimum 1 year of experience developing or implementing AI solutions. * Experience within Internal Audit, Risk, Governance, or Assurance environments would be advantageous. * Exposure to Insurance, Reinsurance, or Underwriting environments is highly beneficial. * Demonstrated experience delivering analytics projects and business intelligence solutions. * Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. * Proven ability to communicate complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
