Finance/Accounting - Other Finance/Accounting Gauteng FULL TIME Job Summary Your Responsibilities: * Lead and mentor the finance team, driving performance and development * Oversee the full finance function * Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports * Manage budgeting, forecasting and cash flow * Review financial statements and ensure IFRS compliance * Take ownership of VAT compliance, tax calculations and SARS submissions * Manage statutory reporting and regulatory compliance * Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes * Partner with operational teams to improve profitability and business performance * Identify opportunities to improve financial controls and streamline processes What We're Looking For: ✔ CA(SA), CIMA or BCom Accounting/Finance Degree ✔ Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles ✔ Minimum 3 years' post-articles commercial experience ✔ Previous management or supervisory experience is essential ✔ Experience within Manufacturing, Retail or other Product-Based industries ✔ Strong knowledge of VAT, taxation and SARS compliance ✔ Experience preparing management accounts and financial reporting ✔ Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills ✔ Fluency in Mandarin (spoken) is essential for this role If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your CV.
