Finance/Accounting - Finance/Accounting Management Centurion FULL TIME R400 000,00 - R400 000,00 (PER MONTH) Job Summary Key Responsibilities * Manage the full accounting function, including month-end and year-end processes. * Prepare accurate management accounts and financial reports. * Analyse operational costs, margins and profitability. * Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations and maintain the general ledger. * Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management. * Monitor inventory, stock movements and cost allocations where applicable. * Ensure VAT, PAYE and statutory compliance. * Support internal and external audit processes. * Develop and improve financial controls and operational processes. * Partner with operational managers to provide financial insights that drive business decisions. * Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements. * Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required. Minimum Requirements * BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance. * Completed SAIPA or SAICA Articles will be advantageous. * 3+ years' experience in a commercial or operational accounting environment. * Strong understanding of management accounting and financial reporting. * Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Sage, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Syspro or similar. * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
