Successful learners will work within Clover’s Customer Service Centre and gain exposure to: * Inbound and outbound customer interactions. * Customer-query resolution. * Complaint management. * Order capturing and confirmation. * Product promotion. * Customer account administration. * Teamwork and workplace communication. The programme can help participants develop the skills required to work in call centres, customer-service departments, sales-support environments and administrative roles. Minimum Requirements Applicants must meet the following requirements: * Have Grade 12 or an equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification. * Have completed Grade 12 between 2021 and 2025. * Have achieved an average of at least 55% in English. * Have achieved an average of at least 55% in Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy. * Have advanced computer-literacy skills. * Be currently unemployed. * Not have participated in a learnership programme before.…
