Key Responsibilities * Manage the full accounting function for multiple branches within the region * Prepare monthly management accounts and regional financial reports * Analyse branch performance and provide meaningful commercial insights * Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes * Monitor cash flow, working capital, and operational expenditure * Review balance sheet reconciliations and maintain financial integrity * Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, VAT, and company reporting requirements * Partner with branch and regional management to improve profitability and operational performance * Strengthen internal controls and identify opportunities for process improvements * Support internal and external audit requirements * Assist with annual financial statements and month-end reporting * Mentor and support finance administrators across the region where required Minimum Requirements * BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field * SAIPA or SAICA Articles will be advantageous * Minimum of 5 years' experience in a full-function accounting role * Previous experience in a multi-site, branch, or regional finance environment will be advantageous * Experience within facilities management, hygiene services, logistics, security, cleaning services, or other service-based industries is highly advantageous * Strong management accounting and financial reporting experience * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills * Experience working with ERP or integrated financial systems * Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Who Will Thrive in This Role?…
