We are recruiting an Industrial Engineer to support the production of advanced defence systems and military vehicles. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a highly regulated, technology-driven environment where your expertise will directly contribute to the manufacture of mission-critical products. Key Responsibilities * Analyse and optimise manufacturing and assembly processes * Conduct workflow studies, line balancing, capacity planning, and facility layout improvements * Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives * Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and manufacturing standards * Perform time studies and establish labour standards * Manage Bills of Materials (BOMs), routing structures, and manufacturing data * Improve production scheduling, material flow, and inventory management * Support industrialisation of new products from prototype through production * Identify production bottlenecks and implement sustainable corrective actions * Monitor manufacturing KPIs including productivity, OEE, quality, cost, and delivery performance * Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance teams * Support process validation, risk assessments, PFMEA, and continuous process optimisation * Lead cost reduction and productivity improvement projects * Assist with factory layout planning and manufacturing capacity expansion * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and defence industry standards Minimum Requirements…
