Trade/Artisans/Technical - Trade/Artisan/Technical Management Pinetown FULL TIME R24 000,00 - R35 000,00 (PER MONTH) Job Summary What You'll Be Doing * Designing and manufacturing tools, jigs, dies, and fixtures from engineering drawings and specifications. * Constructing, modifying, repairing, and maintaining tooling to support production requirements. * Manufacturing and repairing dies for plastic injection moulding and pressing operations. * Troubleshooting tooling issues and implementing effective solutions to minimise downtime. * Working closely with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing efficiency. * Maintaining accurate tooling records and ensuring a safe, organised toolroom environment. What We're Looking For * Qualified Tool, Jig & Die Maker. * Minimum 5 years' toolmaking experience. * Experience within plastic injection moulding and/or press tooling and stamping environments. * Strong knowledge of tool design, manufacture, modification, and repair. * Experience operating: + EDM Spark Eroder + EDM Wire Cutter + Universal Turret Mill + Conventional Lathe + Surface Grinder * Proficiency in CAD/CAM software. * Familiarity with CNC machinery. * Strong problem-solving ability with exceptional attention to detail.
