Trade/Artisans/Technical - Trade/Artisan/Technical Management Pinetown FULL TIME R336 000,00 - R384 000,00 (PER YEAR) Approx Monthly Salary: R28 000,00 - R32 000,00 Job Summary Your Key Responsibilities * Design and manufacture tools, jigs, dies, moulds, and fixtures * Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications * Modify, repair, and optimise existing tooling * Diagnose and resolve tooling-related issues within production environments * Construct and maintain dies for plastic injection moulding and press operations * Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve tooling performance * Ensure precision, accuracy, and quality standards are consistently maintained * Maintain toolroom safety, organisation, and technical documentation What We're Looking For * Qualified Tool, Jig & Die Maker * Minimum 5 years' experience within a toolmaking environment * Experience in plastic injection moulding and/or press tooling and stamping operations * Strong knowledge of tool design and manufacturing processes * Experience operating EDM spark erosion and wire cutting equipment * Skilled in conventional machining, including turret milling, lathe turning, and surface grinding * Proficiency in CAD/CAM software * Familiarity with CNC machining environments * Sound understanding of injection moulding processes * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Why Join This Opportunity?
