Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Remote Sales Representative based in South Africa to help manage our rapidly growing pipeline. In this pivotal support role, you will work closely with our UK-based sales and customer success teams to manage high-volume inbound call overflows, qualify prospective clients generated by our content engine, and proactively chase open quotes for lease extensions. Because you will be dealing directly with UK homeowners navigating important property decisions, you must possess exceptional phone etiquette, high emotional intelligence, and a proactive attitude toward closing loops and converting warm leads. Key Responsibilities Inbound Qualification & Call Handling * Manage overflow calls from primary sales and customer lines, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for UK homeowners. * Consult with inbound prospects to understand their property situation, explain our lease extension services, and qualify their readiness. * Route high-value, qualified leads directly to our senior specialists and internal legal teams. Lead Chasing & Proactive Follow-Ups * Actively follow up on open quotes and legal proposals, guiding clients through the decision-making process to convert leads into active cases. * Liaise with clients to "chase" outstanding documents, property details, and landlord information needed to progress their files. * Engage with warm leads generated by our digital content channels to keep the pipeline consistently active.
