Spares Administrator (Refrigeration) - Midrand
Sales/Marketing - Client Services/Sales Support Midrand FULL TIME Job Summary Technical Competencies & Experience: 1. Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels of compressors, thermostats, gas, and fan motors to prevent stock-outs. 2. Conduct routine physical stock counts and reconcile them with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems. 3. Purchasing & Procurement: Source spare parts from local and international suppliers. 4. Process purchase orders, generate Goods Received Vouchers (GRVs), and follow up on outstanding supplier deliveries. 5. Job Dispatch & Scheduling: Coordinate with refrigeration technicians and field engineers. 6. Log breakdown calls, plan routes, and dispatch technicians while ensuring SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are met. 7. Invoicing & Quoting: Prepare and distribute quotes for repairs. 8. Process parts invoices, manage customer credits, and reconcile transactions with financial teams. [ 9. Supplier & Customer Liaison: Address client queries regarding parts availability and delivery times. 10. Negotiate pricing with vendors and report backorders or shortages to the Spares Manager Behavioural Competencies: 1. First class Communication Skills both verbal and written. 2.
