Automotive - Automotive Technician Gauteng CONTRACT Job Summary ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Plan and conduct user interviews to understand user needs and pain points. * Perform usability testing to validate solutions. * Design and iterate UI concepts, wireframes and prototypes. * Create user-centric solutions for complex business and technical challenges. * Collaborate closely with developers to ensure implementation quality. * Align with stakeholders on requirements and design direction. * Support Agile delivery through user stories, designs and prototypes. * Participate in Scrum ceremonies. * Lead UX/UI initiatives from concept to implementation. * Contribute to a consistent UX across the GAIA platform. * Present design results and recommendations to stakeholders. * Support communication and adoption activities where required. * Apply UX methodologies and best practices throughout the product lifecycle. * Drive continuous improvement of the user experience for GAIA users globally. QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: * Degree or Diploma in: * UX Design * Human Computer Interaction (HCI) * Interaction Design * Graphic Design * Information Systems * Related field * At least 2 years of experience in: * UX Design * User Research * Communication * Usability Testing * Proven track record of delivering user-centric design solutions for complex products.
