This role acts as the operational nervous system for our properties. You will actively manage incoming leads across our booking channels, build out custom housing options for corporate and displaced clients, execute lease agreements, and handle end-to-end digital guest services from reservation to check-out. You will utilize modern property management tech layers, with a heavy operational emphasis on Furnish Finder (our highest-converting platform for mid-term corporate stays), Airbnb, and dynamic pricing software like PriceLabs. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Conversion, Quotation & Booking Intake * Channel Pipeline Management: Continuously monitor and triage inbound property inquiries across multiple rental platforms, with an intensive focus on managing premium corporate/medical leads inside Furnish Finder and Airbnb. * Bespoke Portfolio Pitching: Analyze the specific parameters of incoming traveler requests (budget, timeline, location, family size) and rapidly curate and send tailored property availability options. * Lease & Contract Administration: Coordinate digital lease signings, security deposit verifications, and platform bookings, ensuring all contracts are securely executed before guest arrival. 2. End-to-End Guest Services & Hospitality Excellence * Virtual Property Concierge: Act as the direct, warm, and highly professional remote point of contact for guests once they are checked into their temporary homes. * Issue Resolution: Swiftly field, troubleshoot, and coordinate maintenance, utility, or property issues with local boots-on-the-ground vendors to protect the guest experience. * Administrative Upkeep: Maintain perfect account data, platform reviews, automated check-in triggers, and client messaging workflows within Google Workspace and platform communication portals. 3. Dynamic Revenue Support * Market Monitoring: Maintain basic visibility on calendar occupancy and property pricing via software tracking tools like PriceLabs to assist in driving peak seasonal conversions.
