Engineering - Engineering Management Port Elizabeth FULL TIME Job Summary Requirements: * 4 years' experience as a machinist in an engineering shop. Not as a production machinist. * Hole and thread tolerances. * Knowledge of different materials. * Able to work overtime and weekends (when needed). Responsibilities: * Know how to read and determine manufacturing drawings. * Created freehand drawings from a master part. * Work to high tolerance machining. * Know what tooling and feed and speeds to use with different materials. * Must be able to cut threads and tapers on a manual lathe and mill. * Be able to operate different machines, Lathe, Mill, surface grinder, blocking mill, drill arm, auto tapping machine.
