The business has validated strong product-market fit through one year of disciplined, high-volume municipal outbound calling conducted directly by the founder. With a proven sales pattern and repeat-order behavior established, we are now hiring a dedicated outbound sales professional to own prospecting and appointment generation. About the Role This is a phone-first, relationship-driven outbound sales role focused on U.S. municipalities. You will be responsible for initiating contact with cities, navigating administrative gatekeepers, identifying decision-makers, and nurturing opportunities through consistent multi-touch follow-up. Unlike SaaS or high-velocity transactional sales, municipal selling is a slower, consultative process that rewards patience, professionalism, and persistence. Key Responsibilities * Conduct outbound calls to U.S. municipalities * Navigate city administrators and departmental gatekeepers * Identify and obtain correct buyer / decision-maker contacts * Leave professional voicemails * Send structured follow-up emails * Maintain disciplined CRM tracking * Execute 10–12 touch follow-up cycles * Generate proposals using plug-and-play templates * Support reorder follow-ups and account nurturing * Build long-term, recurring municipal accounts What Success Looks Like * Consistent daily dialing activity * Accurate CRM hygiene and follow-up management * Same-day proposal turnaround * Professional handling of transfers and departmental routing * Development of repeat-order municipal relationships Required Experience & Skills (Critical) * Proven cold calling / live dialing experience * Comfortable navigating gatekeepers * Strong, confident phone presence * CRM discipline & tracking accuracy * Experience managing multi-touch sales cycles * Ability to generate proposals using templates * Fast response / turnaround time Must be comfortable with:…
