We are looking for a highly capable Digital Marketing Specialist who can help modernize and scale our marketing efforts while supporting a growing commercial real estate division. We are looking for a highly resourceful marketing generalist who can own marketing execution, marketing operations, CRM management, campaign deployment, commercial property marketing materials, and lead generation initiatives. The ideal candidate is comfortable moving between creative work, data management, paid advertising, AI-assisted workflows, CRM administration, and marketing project execution. You will work closely with leadership to help build and execute marketing initiatives that generate leads, support property marketing efforts, and improve operational efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, figuring things out independently, and helping build systems rather than simply completing assigned tasks. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Lead Generation * Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns * Support paid social advertising initiatives * Assist with campaign setup, testing, optimization, and reporting * Create and deploy email marketing campaigns * Manage audience segmentation and targeting strategies * Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements Commercial Real Estate Marketing * Build and maintain Offering Memorandums (OMs) * Create listing packages and marketing materials * Update property marketing collateral * Research market data, demographics, traffic counts, and tenant information * Coordinate marketing launches for commercial listings * Ensure marketing materials remain accurate and current CRM & Marketing Operations…
